How To Declutter 2017

One of my goals for 2018 was to stay more organized. One of the ways that I can achieve this is by "decluttering" my 2017. There are many ways I could go about this, but the options that I have chose are listed below!

Delete Spam Mail |

Nothing is worse than your email overflowing with unwanted mail. Therefore, I have started to unsubscribe from all of my unwanted mail. Honestly, I have so much that I can not do this all in one sitting so, I have started to attack this by unsubscribing each time I get an email from an unwanted company. However, I still like to be on the email list to some companies, but not the companies that send out an email everyday.

Organize My Desk |

When I first got to college, last semester, I wasn't very pleased with how I organized my desk. Therefore, during winter break I went on Amazon to find organizers that I liked for my desk (Makeup Organizer and 2 Letter Trays Stacked). When I arrived back to Belmont the first thing I did was reorganized my desk and all my drawers.

Unfollow Unwanted Accounts |

Clean My Hairbrush and Makeup Brushes |

I don't know about y'all, but I am seriously bad at cleaning out my hairbrushes and especially makeup brushes. I like to start off every year with cleaning all of my brushes because it makes me feel a lot better when putting on my makeup and doing my hair. Also it is just better for your skin to clean your bushes, so I should probably start doing it more.

Get a New Planner |

I have an odd obsession with planners. I have 3 planners for 2018 alone, but no regrets because I love them! However, because of my obsession with planners I like to buy a new one at the beginning of every year. I tried a new brand this time, Day Designer, and I absolutely love it! On one side of the page I get to plan my day out hour by hour and on the second side there is a long to do list.

XOXO,

Caroline
